Nestled near Barbarosa beach, Villa Rosa offers a tranquil escape on Elba Island. My room exuded elegance with a spacious balcony overlooking the serene garden. The attention to detail, from ambient lighting to ample storage, truly made me feel at home. The standout experience, however, awaited me at breakfast. Imagine my delight at discovering a charming egg-boiling machine amid a delectable spread - a delightful touch that set the tone for a culinary journey.Exploring the nearby dining options, Osteria Moresca and Polpo Briao stood out for their authentic flavors and welcoming ambiance. Yet, it was at Villa Rosa's own dining establishment that my taste buds truly danced. The innovative dishes at Il Giardino showcased a harmonious blend of tradition and creativity. Each bite was a revelation, a testament to the culinary prowess of the chefs.Despite my ankle injury limiting evening strolls, the hospitable staff ensured I savored every moment. Villa Rosa not only excels in hospitality but also crafts an unforgettable dining experience, where every meal is a work of art. I look forward to returning soon to indulge in more gastronomic delights that Villa Rosa has to offer.
